PATRICIA GRAELLS - PRESIDENT/CEO
Patricia was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She attended ESADE Business School and Georgetown University in Washington D.C., graduating with a degree in Business Administration. Her biggest dream was to travel the world and that is why she has spent time living in different countries, including Austria, Argentina and the US.
Throughout her career, she has learned how to inspire others and give them continuous development, skills that have driven her into being the founder of Ibericus, where she is now continuously learning different aspects and strategies when managing different Fortune 500 clients.
She enjoys building relationships with people from different cultures. That is why Patricia is currently managing different teams of people, and takes care of each individual's professional growth. Her career goal is to make this business grow and develop multiple leaders that can transfer the knowledge acquired throughout her experiences.
CAROLINA GRAELLS - TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Carolina was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was raised in Barcelona, Spain. She holds a Business Administration degree from ESADE Business School and Babson College in Boston, majoring in Entrepreneurship, Branding and Marketing.
She gained professional experience in the Consulting and Banking industry in Spain and in the US, as well as with Advertising and Real Estate clients. Throughout her career, Carolina developed skills in organization, finance and management.
Carolina speaks four languages and she enjoys meeting people from all over the world. Her main professional goal is to make Ibericus grow by hiring the best talented people and contribute to their development in the company.
SHIVANGI VYAS - BUSINESS ANALYST
Shivangi was born and raised in India and she graduated from Pace University in 2018, with a Masters Degree in Computer Science. She is also a mandala artist. She always had a keen interest working with data systems, business analysis and Human Resources, and she landed up getting her first job at Ibericus, which gave her an opportunity to grow.
Shivangi joined the Ibericus team in May 2019 and she is learning new things everyday. Her mentor helps her to achieve her goals, and she strongly believes that ‘If I grow; You grow and WE grow’.
